The tickets are sold though Brown Paper Tickets.

This is a really cool company. They say they are “the first and only fair-trade ticketing company”. Their service fees are low and their support (for the buyer and the seller) is great.

The best part of Brown Paper Tickets is that a portion of their profits goes back into the community and you can choose where you want your share to go. The default places you have to choose from are animals, children, human rights, and environment. If you have a specific charity you would like added to their list you can submit it to them too.

To me this makes the unavoidable service fee totally worth it, and is a big part of why I choose to have Brown Paper Tickets sell our tickets.
